Galerie Midl ships internationally. The exact delivery method, insurance, and packaging depend on the work, the destination, and the checkout confirmation.

Vienna

Delivery within Vienna is free, according to the operator. Depending on the work, handover, installation, or a separate appointment can be coordinated individually.

Austria and international

Shipping outside Vienna is confirmed at checkout or by individual arrangement. Artworks are packaged appropriately and, where possible, shipped insured. Delivery times depend on availability, payment confirmation, packaging, insurance, logistics, and customs clearance.

Costs, customs, and taxes

Shipping costs outside Vienna are confirmed at checkout or separately.
For deliveries outside Austria, import charges, duties, local taxes, or fees may apply.
Such charges are levied by the destination country and are borne by the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Damage and questions

Please inspect your shipment on receipt and report any visible transit damage as soon as possible, with photos, to hi@midl.art, so the insurer and logistics partner can be involved promptly.
